PLATFORM UPDATE: NEW REPORTING TOOL RELEASED

AutoComms Solutions has put a new reporting functionality into development so that clients using the platform will be able to get regular updates on customer usage sent to them direct.

The platform, AutoBuzz, automates personalised communication to customers during the order to handover stage of the buying journey.

Although the Intelligence Dashboard houses all the activity of customers, such as products and services they are engaging with, the platform can now deliver this crucial detail to sales teams.

This is one of the key revenue drivers of the platform, showing dealers what customers are looking at while they wait for their car and when there are spikes in activity.

Interestingly, the data is suggesting customers are most active in the second month of their order to handover ‘gap’.
